How can I register for the Summit and what are the costs?


IMERSA Summit 2017 registration fees are:

$250 for one day only

$850 for the full Summit. Register early for significant discounts!

How do I get from the airport to the hotel and back?

The easiest way is to take the new A-line train service to Central Park Station. There is a shuttle available between the ststion and the Doubletree hotel.

Is there an event hotel or discound accommodations?

We have made arrangements for a block of rooms at reduced rates. You can book your accommodations here  http://www.imersa.org/doubletree-by-hilton 

Is there transportation provided?

You will not need to rent a car to participate in the activities, transportation is provided. We will have free shuttles running between the hotel and all event areas.

What should I wear in Denver?

Dress business casual for both day and evenings at the Summit. Colorado weather can be extraordinarily variable during the winter months. Snow in the morning, warm sun in the afternoon. Or just the reverse! be prepared. Bring a warm jacket and good shoes.
